The Snow Pan-Cannon V1

((It's approximately still Winter for some Countries out there and I miss drawing PattyPan and her friends the Hillcourt twins, so, here they are with another innovation for the world of Ooo: The Snow Pan-Cannon V1, a Steampunk Winter Weapon/ Toy))

Made for the Ultimate Snowball battle, The Snow Pan-Cannon is an ice-based artillery which runs on the converted energy coming from low temperature, and uses same said energy for artillery. The machine works with a small device inside that charges electrical surges, wherein resulted heightened charges acts as the machine's main fuel; then, using same said electrical charges, an antenna-like device signals and hordes in nearby clouds by means of "shock-magnetism" close enough into the machine's vacuum.

The resulting clouds will then be gathered and converted into ice-based energy by means of surging electrical shocks through the liquid particles, powering the machine into its full potential. A special system in the cannon will then create a cold-sector field around the clouds, resulting a forced creation of snow, which then in turn, gathered into artillery.

The cannon has three muzzles; the main muzzle and two gatling muzzles. The Main Muzzle is the strongest in terms of caliber; firing four sets of snowballs with a force enough to destroy solid concrete, through reloading can take for a minute. The first gatling muzzle, known as the Eastern Arm, can fire four rounds of snowballs per second, while the Western Arm can fire up to 16 rounds per second, of either common snowballs or pure, hardened Hail Stones.

The Cannon's locomotion is controlled by a set of three specially designed wheel known as "Snow Orbs", spherical in shape for a 16-direction navigation with a pointed wheel angle for a firm grip on a snowy ground. The machine is then controlled through a joystick that can function from a single muzzle to a combination of either two or all muzzles.

So far, there's only one Snow Pan-Cannon, made by a Gourdian metal worker from the Autumn Realm; due to the machine's experimental yet warfare design, the Gourdian refuses to make more than one.
