Bio:

Engrid the Inkubus was one of Herbie's former lovers. It was the time after her heart was broken giving up a certain Pumpkin Prince to her bestfriend when Herbie met Engrid, heroically saved after the Ice King made another attempt to kidnapped her. Unfortunately for the green princess, Engrid's true intention was more vile than any smelly, old loser could ever cook up.

Being an Inkubus, Engrid's main diet consists of women's soul and was a notorious convict back in the Nightosphere after devouring many demonesses there; Herbie was just another meal for the demon until her friend (and long time admirer) the nerdy Prince Bit of the Band Kingdom came and stopped Engrid's plan.

Banished back into the Nightosphere, Engrid was placed under trial and was to be punished eternally by Sekhmet, a fabled Lioness Demon, until he managed to create a ruse wherein he tricked the guards into giving him a jar of red wine, as his "last request". At the day of his trial, he broke the jar at the awaiting Sekhmet, knwoing about her legend, which turned her docile and loyal to Engrid. Breaking his way out of the Nightosphere again with the transformed Sekhmet under his toil, Engrid was once again free to roam the mortal world, bearing a daughter years before battling the lioness demon, now free from the effect of the red wine, and defeating her back into the demonic realms.

Over the years, Engrid raised his daughter,"Kat", into believing that their situation where they're always on the run, was none other than the fault of false accusations of the Herbal Princess for crimes he didn't commit. For almost a decade, he trained Kat to be a skilled fighter and worthy killer, hoping to use her to bring the ultimate vengeance under the newly formed Springsong, a joint royal family consisting of the now married Herbie and Bit, along with their daughters. 

When one of the Springsong children, Perrie, left for another one of her solo adventures as a teenager, Kat was sent to assasinate her, hoping her death will signify his return. However, after a run-in with a gang of rouge demons in a dessert town, Kat herself was saved by Perrie instead. Hoping not to blow her true intentions, Kat decided to play along and pretend to "befriend" Perrie; unfortunately, the more she spent time with her target, the more Kat began to see the better side of New Ooo.

By the time Perrie invited Kat into her kingdom, Engrid appears to her one night when his daughter was alone and devices a new plan where they will ambush the royal family instead. Feeling unsure of her father's goals, she pleaded to just leave them alone and try to let go of the past, but her father coaxed her into contiuing the plot anyhow.

As the day came, Engrid did had his plan come into fruition and threatens to kill the daughters in front of Herbie and Bit after trapping them in their own castle. Perrie managed to escape and was chased and caught by Kat, but after accidentally hearing her own father confess of what really happened that lead to his banishment to begin with, Kat had a change of heart and decided to betray her father with Perrie. After a lengthy battle that had Perrie almost killed, Kat used the same spell that sent his father back to the Nightosphere and was nearly sent back with him as well until Perrie and Herbie pulled her out of the portal.

Now alone in the mortal realm, Kat was to exile herself from the kingdom and vows never t return; however, being grateful themselves of her bravery and sacrifice, The Springsong welcomed her instead in their kingdom as a resident and a friend.

From then on, Kat became the fourth member of Perrie's gang, and another sisterly figure for the Springsong Children.

powers/abilities:
~ can stretch and sharpen her fingers into a point or blades
~ immortal; can live through any serious damage save magic-based injuries
~ heightened sense of sight, smell and hearing
~ skilled in hand-to-hand combat, archery and spear-play
~ shapeshifting abilities due to genetics from her father. Her most common choice is a demonic looking lioness that Perrie can ride on whenever a chase is going.
~ due to genetics from her mother, Kat is an amazing gymnast as well

fun fact:
~very passionate with her friends, Kat has a tendency to rub against and even kiss a lot of people and not make a big deal out of it. ("victims" included Perrie, her sister Sybil and Tyler, a half-demon friend of the family)
~ Despite looking like she has cat ears over her head, Kat has normal looking ears hidden under her hair. The "cat ears" are just "styled" hair

((yes, I decided to create something more to Engrid, and gave him a daughter, but whether to make her a villain or a friend was a tough one. In the end, I made her "good", simply cuz I fell in love with her simple, yet expressive design.
